GCSE Gujarati Results 2023

Congratulations to all candidates who received a GCSE Gujarati grade this year. It was yet another excellent set of results, which included two 9 grades (equivalent to A**), eleven 8 grades (equivalent to A*), and seven 7 grades (equivalent to A). Well done to all the candidates and thank you for your hard work in maintaining the high standards we look to achieve at the School.

I would like to thank all the GCSE Teachers that have worked so hard in getting the children ready for their GCSEs.

An electronic copy of the Statements of Results will be sent to the parent email address that was provided on the application form. If you have not received the Statement of Result by the end of day Friday 25 August, please email us at education@sstw.org.uk, with your child's name.

Gujarati School 2018-2019

Gujarati School Temporary Location (September 2018 to Easter 2019)
Please note that the Gujarati School, Ghanshyam Bal Kendra (nursery), Sanskrit Classes. English Classes and Adult Gujarati Classes will be moving temporary to a new location until Easter 2019 due to the Temple Regeneration Project. The new location is:

Queens Park Community School
Aylestone Avenue
London
NW6 7BQ

The school will restart on 8th September 2018 (5 to 7pm) for all classes. All classes will be on Saturdays only whilst we are at the temporary location. To sign up for Bal Kendra or Gujarati class please download the Bal Kendra or Gujarati class forms and bring in the signed forms to the Gujarati school office.

Lunar eclipse - Friday 27th July

On Firday 27th July 2018 a Lunar eclipse will be taking plce. In the UK the eclipse will start at 19:24 and end at 23.19. No food should be consumed from 10:24am. Kids, elderly and the sick can stop consuming food at 17:58.

SSTW Regeneration Project

Works began in June 2017 to demolish existing 3 houses and commence construction work that will include an elderly home, an extension to the Temple including a refurbished wedding hall, creche and nursery facilities, a refurbished gujarati school, extra car parking space within Temple grounds and many more. This is the first major project the Temple has gone through since the Temple was built in 1988. A very exciting time for the Temple with a project that will truly serve all the community.
